Camp Description

PBA Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp is a great place to keep your strength up and skills sharp during the summer. In 1-hour sessions we will focus on Strength, Speed, and Body Mechanics. This training helps the athletes Jump Higher, Run Faster, and Prepares their bodies for the demands of their chosen sport.

This Camp offers the athlete the ability to use top notch NCAA facilities, under the guidance of highly qualified coaches. The athlete has the option of getting their Speed/ Strength work in along with on the court coaching in Volleyball or Basketball.
